You and your role As a member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our development, staging and production infrastructures. You will also have an opportunity to sharpen your Ruby on Rails skills and share our excitement to drive further success of our market-leading product. • have at least 3 years work experience in web development and/or system administration • have at least 1 year experience with Ruby on Rails • are familiar with zLinux distributions (Debian or Ubuntu is a plus) • are familiar with server software configuration (for example: nginx, Apache, Phusion Passenger, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Node.js, Memcached, Postfix, GlusterFS etc.) • are familiar with IT automation software such as e.g. Puppet, GitLab CI, Chef and Jenkins • are familiar with deployment of Ruby on Rails applications (asset pipeline, webpack, Capistrano) • are familiar with Docker and container orchestration via e.g. Swarm, Mesos, Kubernetes or other tools • constantly strive for technical excellence and efficiency and enjoy automatisation • can work independently and design solutions on your own • learn continuously and eagerly • have solid English skills
